Kothari Pipes is a leading manufacturer and exporter of PVC pipe fittings, HDPE pipes, drip irrigation fittings, sprinkler irrigation fittings, etc. The high level quality attached to all the products is the result of careful planning and scrupulous testing of the process and an integrated quality assurance system. Our Quality
The company has a dedicated quality control department under the supervision of quality assurance manager, reporting directly to the CEO. The company is a prestigious member of All India Plastics Manufacturers Association. We undergo the documented procedures to check the raw material quality at the time of procurement itself. Batch wise quality checks for the in-house operations like mixing, extrusion, socketing etc. are carried out as per pre-defined work instructions. We have also introduced the "first of approval" tests by the quality department for dimensions and physical acceptance at the commencement of production, for all the sizes of pipes.
Our Infrastructure
